The Delray had previously been a trim option for the Chevrolet 150. It featured a broad front grille, quad headlights, and fan-shaped alcove side panels which drew the eye. Three body styles were available: a 2-door sedan, a 4-door sedan, and a 2-door delivery sedan. Transmission options included a 3-speed or 4-speed manual transmission or a 2-speed or 3-speed automatic transmission. Chevrolet Monte Carlo The 1973 Monte Carlo differs from the other models on this list, as it was designed after new environmental and safety legislation was introduced from 1970 onwards. Leaded gasoline was a thing of the past, and the Chevy Monte Carlo's engines were designed for unleaded gasoline. Shock absorbers, front and rear anti-roll bars, and radial-ply tires were innovations applied to this model.
